SIPKO structures are designed to meet CMHC high energy efficiency requirements. If your project is CMHC insured and you invest in qualifying energy-efficient renovations, you may be eligible for a 25% partial refund on your CMHC mortgage insurance premium through CMHC’s Eco Improvement program.

Eligible projects typically include at least $20,000 in upgrades to the building envelope, mechanical systems, or renewable energy systems, helping reduce operating costs while supporting Canada’s carbon‑neutral goals.
